White Chocolate Cranberry Cheesecake

White Chocolate Cranberry Cheesecake - decadent and delicious, our dessert is laced with holiday cranberries. Easy to make, you just need a springform pan. Bake one up for your holiday dinner or to give away as an incredible hostess gift!
For Crumb Crust:
Oreo Baking Crumbs (or crushed chocolate wafers) - 1 1/4 cups
Butter, melted - 4 Tbsp
Sugar – ¾ cup
Eggs – 3
White Chocolate, melted – 4 squares
Dried Cranberries – ½ cup
Grated Orange Peel – ¾ tsp
Cream Cheese – 3 cups
Preheat oven to 350.
1. Combine crumbs with melted butter and press firmly onto bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
2. In food processor, blend all filling ingredients and pour over pressed crumbs.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool completely then refrigerate overnight. Garnish with dried cranberries.
