Ground beef, ground turkey, ground pork or ground veal - 1 1/2 lbs
Garlic, minced - 2 Tbsp
Red onion, diced - 1/2 cup
Green Bell Pepper, seeded and diced - 1 cup
Chicken Livers, mashed - 4 (I know what you are thinking, but trust me on this one!
Eggs - 2
Breadcrumbs, seasoned - 1/2 cup
Oyster Sauce - 3 Tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce - 2 Tbsp
Dried Onions - 2 Tbsp
Beef Bouillon, powder - 2 Tbsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Bay leaves - 2
Carrots, shredded - 1/2 cup
Mushrooms, small dice - 3/4 cup
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
1. In large bowl, mix together all ingredient until well mixed.
2. Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Mold ground meat mixture into a loaf and place in baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 70 minutes.
3. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes more.
4. Take out of oven and let rest on counter 10 minutes before slicing.
