Tuesday Night Dinner: (prepare and freeze Stromboli)

Many of the ingredients found in the Pepperoni Pizza Pasta recipe are also found in the Stromboli recipe. While you are cooking dinner, simply assemble the Stromboli, cover it with plastic wrap and pop it in the freezer (right on the cookie sheet).


Wednesday Night Dinner: (prepare and freeze Stuffed Mushroom Caps)

Stir Fried Vegetables - cook extra and refrigerate

Fresh Orange Slices

When dinner is finished, clean and de-stem medium-sized mushroom caps and place on baking sheet. Cut leftover meatloaf into chunks and press into mushroom caps. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and cover with plastic wrap. Place filled mushroom caps into freezer.


Thursday Night Dinner: (prepare and freeze Fried WonTons)

Pork Tenderloin Churrasco - cook a double recipe and cool one batch

Baked Potatoes - bake 6 extra

Sauteed Collard Greens



When dinner is finished, place cooled pork tenderloin in food processor with Wednesday night's chilled stir fried vegetables. Pulse the food processor to coursely chop the meat and vegetables. Add: 1 tsp minced garlic, 2 tsp ginger, 1 pinch red pepper flakes, and 2 Tbsp soy sauce and briefly mix. Working in batches of 6 Wonton Wrappers at a time, lay wrappers on cutting board and wet all edges. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton and fold in half to form a triangle. With a wet finger, press edges to seal. Place folded, sealed wontons on cookie sheet. Wrap wontons with plastic wrap and freeze.


Friday Night Dinner: (prepare and freeze Filled Potato Skins)

Hearty Winter Chili

Crusty Italian Bread

Cut baked potatoes (from Thursday night's dinner) and scoop out flesh - being careful not to tear through skin. Cut each bare skin in half and place on baking sheet. Top each potato skin triangle with cooled Hearty Winter Chili and a sprinkle of grated cheddar cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze.


Saturday Night's Dinner: (prepare and freeze BBQ Chicken Pizza)

Zesty Herbed Chicken Tenders

Baked Sweet Potato Wedges

Frozen Chocolate Covered Bananas

After dinner, cut cooled Zesty Herbed Chicken Tenders into 1/4 inch cubes and place into a ziplock baggie. Refrigerate until tomorrow.


Game Day:

Three-Four Hours Before Guests Arrive:

Take all items out of freezer.


One Hour Before Guests Arrive:

Preheat oven to 375.


1. Follow recipe for BBQ Chicken Pizza.

To save time, use your favorite store-purchased BBQ sauce.


2. Spray wontons with cooking spray and rub stromboli with olive oil. Place remaining items in hot oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.


3. Place a dollop of sour cream on filled potato skins before serving and sprinkle with chopped chives.


4. Enjoy the game with NO STRESS and NO MESS!
