Serves: 8-10 - Cooking Method: Broil - Total Time: 2 hours

These beef tips are great for meat lovers! Broil bite-sized cubes that have been marinating in a spicy jerk blend until done to your liking. Pile high on a platter around the horseradish sauce and toothpicks. This will be the appetizer that everyone raves about.

Ingredients:

Beef cubes - 1 1/2 lbs.
Allspice - 1 tsp
Cinnamon (ground) - 1/8 tsp
Garlic Clove, minced - 2
Ginger, fresh, grated - 2 tsp
Green Onion, sliced - 1/2 cup
Nutmeg - pinch
Oil, canola - 1 Tbsp
Onion, diced - 1/2 cup
Habanero or Scotch Bonnet Pepper - 2
Pepper, black - 1 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Brown Sugar - 1 Tbsp
Thyme, fresh - 2 tsp
Vinegar, white wine - 2 Tbsp

Directions:

1. Trim and cut meat into 1 inch cubes.

2. Place all ingredients into zip-lock bag with beef cubes and massage until all ingredients are mixed well. Place in refrigerator for at least one hour or overnight.

3. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drain out any liquid. Place meat on roasting pan and place 5 inches from the broiler. Broil until desired degree of doneness, turning frequently.

Serve meat piled on a platter around the dipping sauce (Mayonnaise - 1 cup, Horseradish - 3 Tbsp, Balsamic Vinegar - 1 1/2 tsp).
